I hereby (hereinafter — the "Personal Data Subject"), pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — the "Law"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the "International Genealogical Center" (hereinafter — the "Company"), OGRN 1097746821930, address: 4 bldg 1 Leninsky Prospekt, Moscow, to process my personal data provided in the feedback form(s) and/or upon registration of a personal account by completing web forms on the Company's website https://www.gencentre.ru/ (hereinafter — the Website), and submitted (completed) via the Website.
By personal data I mean the following information relating to me as the Personal Data Subject:
my surname, first name and patronymic;
my email address;
my contact telephone number;
By processing of personal data I mean collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
The Personal Data Subject's personal data are processed solely for the purpose of registering the Personal Data Subject in the Company's database, with subsequent calls to the Personal Data Subject, postal messages and SMS notifications, including of a promotional nature, from the Company, its affiliates and/or third parties, information and news mailings, invitations to the Company's events and other promotional and news information, as well as for the purpose of confirming the identity of the Personal Data Subject when attending the Company's events.
The date on which consent to the processing of the Personal Data Subject's personal data is given is the date on which the relevant web form is submitted from the Company's Website.
The Personal Data Subject's personal data may be processed by automated means and/or without the use of automated means, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation and the Company's internal regulations.
The Company takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures, and/or ensures that such measures are taken, to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision or dissemination of personal data, or against other unlawful acts in respect of personal data, and undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject's personal data.
The Company is entitled to engage third parties to process the Personal Data Subject's personal data, and is also entitled to transfer personal data for processing to its affiliates, while ensuring that such parties assume corresponding obligations as to the confidentiality of personal data.

This consent to the processing of my personal data provided in the relevant web form on the Company's Website, submitted (completed) via the Website, is valid for 20 (twenty) years from the date on which such consent is given;
The consent may be withdrawn by me at any time on the basis of a written application in free form in accordance with Article 9 of the Law;
Providing the personal data of third parties without their consent entails liability under the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
