We conduct long, in-depth interviews with relatives, and our journalists guide the conversation skilfully so that it covers both the main events of a personal biography and the most vivid and remarkable episodes in the life of the family.

On our field expeditions we interview relatives, long-time residents and local historians, make digital copies of surviving family photographs, visit cemeteries, gather material from local museums and libraries, and much more.

Our authors, writers, designers, artists and typesetters process and present the results of all the work carried out to the highest standard. The book is produced in several copies, distinguished by fine printing, rich illustration and an exclusive hand-made binding.
